What area do you service?

We service the Pensacola area. However, please note: this package is only for parties that are within a 25 mile radius from our zip code. If your party is over the 25 mile radius, please ask for a quote on your travel fee.

What is the protocol for arrival and departure?

Attendees are welcome to arrive at the scheduled time of the party.  Please encourage all guests to arrive on time. Any guest that arrives late forfeits any station or activities completed. In other words, late arrivals join in the party at whatever station or activity the girls have progressed to.  All guests must have their polish removed prior to the event. The event will start and end at the scheduled time so that we will be able to make our next event in a timely manner.

What are the policies regarding accidents?

Bougie Bratz Elite Spa LLC, its owners, affiliates, and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents that may occur while on your premises, or any premises that you rent or borrow for us to host your spa party. We assume no responsibility for allergies related to food items, clothing, make-up, injuries to party guest, or property damage that occur before, during or after the party. As a professional party planner and host, we can assure you we will provide a safe environment for you and your guest. All liability will lie strictly with the client. You must inform each parent that we will be using spa products made for girls and are gluten and paraben free. You are responsible for making sure that all parents have signed the liability release forms that will be emailed to you before the day of the party.  

Will videos/pictures be recorded/captured?

We reserve the right to use photos and videos or images taken at our events in our promotional media. By signing the waiver the day of the party you waive the right to any claim arising from the use of the likeness of your attendees in such photographs, video, commercial, your home, guest, images and promotional media.

How much is the deposit, and when do I pay the remaining balance?

The deposit is $100, and is due at the time of booking/purchase. The remaining amount of the package is due the day of the booking before the festivities begin. 

 

Can the family of the Birthday girl be present?

Our party covers the Birthday girl and her guest. We prepare our parties based on the final headcount given to us prior to the party.  In the event that additional children/siblings show up and/or are invited to the party without knowledge, additional fees will incur $20 fee per child even if supply availability does not cover their part. You are not permitted to use our supplies, polish, make-up, facial for siblings or children that are not included in the final head count.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that life happens and unforeseen emergencies occur. If your child is sick and you need to reschedule please call us immediately to reschedule. Your date will then be rescheduled to the next available date that is good for both client and consultant. Please note that all payments received are non-refundable

How do I confirm my RSVP?

You will need to confirm your final guest count with Bougie Bratz Elite Spa LLC three (3) days prior to the party date. This will be the confirmation number Bougie Bratz Elite Spa LLC will use to determine the appropriate quantities for product, resources and equipment.  Once you have given the final head count by the (3) day prior to your booked party by noon time, Any attendee added after such date or present at the event without notice (Unconfirmed Attendee) will incur a $30 per attendee fee. Please notify us beforehand of any additional guests that will attend. Please note we reserve the allotted amount of time for each party. We cannot extend your party unless you agree to to pay additional time at the time of your booking. You will be charged $50 for ½ hour, or $100 for an additional hour. Parties are for a 2 hour block in duration depending on the party package. While we allot for the specified amount of time, factors such as guest participation, number of participants can decrease that time. We will arrive 30 minutes to one hour prior to to the party to set up, and require an additional 30 minutes to breakdown and load our spa bus.
